Much Ado about Football - Sportlemon

The British islands are attractive places for many snobs and artists - SportLemon. Now the newest and old attraction in the Shakespeare`s country is football. England is the motherland of the most popular sport in the world. Through the years, it became a symbol for many generations` social and spiritual appurtenance. To be a fan of a certain club was and still is a matter not only of taste. Sometimes the fanatic support of the local team comes from the family or the neighborhood. The fans of one club do not choose their object of loyal support. They are born this way.
England is a motherhood of the fanatic soccer supporters. Due to the constant chaos, caused by them many matches in the past were delayed and sometimes the result was fatal. One of the biggest football disasters not only for the English, but mostly for the European sport was the tragic final at the Hazel stadium in 1985th. After the final match between the teams of Juventus and Liverpool, the English clubs were banned from appearance in the European Cups.
This was very hard for the best teams from the Albion. It took decades to rebuild their popularity and self-confidence. Now they are more powerful than ever. Nowadays the things are much different. The English teams are considered as the best teams on the continent. They have won three Champions League Finals, and England has become very attractive for the best overseas players. Many investors buy British clubs, not only because of the prominent history, but mostly because of the possible success and popularity.
It is something special to be part of the English Premier League atmosphere. Even if you not that into sports, a visit to a English Premiership match might let you think differently about the soccer.

SportLemon - Live Sport

SportLemon - This year the battle in the English Premier League will be more interesting than ever before. We have five or six teams that are capable to win the final race. Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and probably Totenham are in the spotlight.
The two Manchester teams will fight not only in the English Premiership, but they want to improve their European performance. While the `red devils` give their memorable performance on the European pitches almost every year, the City want a breakthrough overseas. Last year Manchester City exited the Champions League in the early stages, but this time the manager of the club declared his first priority- the European title. He said that the owners are ready to invest a lot of money to bring the title on the blue side of Manchester. On the other hand, United made very important transfers, securing players like van Persie- the Arsenal captain and leading English Premier League goal scorer - Sportlemon.
Arsenal is having hard times, due to the late departures of the team`s most important pair of players- Persie and Song. Despite the disappointment, Wenger wants his team to achieve something more than a Champions League spot. Arsenal is going to win something this year mostly because of the players Wenger has added to the team during the summer transfer window.
Chelsea is building a new and young team, but it does not mean the club has given up from the titles. Youngsters and the veterans are still hungry for success and they are showing strong performance in the first matches. Nevertheless, the `blues` are European Champions and they won`t lose any chances in this year`s tournaments.
Sportlemon - Liverpool and Tottenham seemingly will struggle for a Champions League spot. But both of the teams have signed new managers and players, which could better their performance and lift up their hopes.
